This position requires planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of the department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, ensuring that the facility is maintained in a safe, comfortable condition.

Working in a Nursing Rehabilitation setting allows time for one-on-one care and getting to know each resident.

Essential Job Functions Plan, develop and direct the Maintenance Department as well as assist in the recruitment, interviewing, selection, discipline and discharge of maintenance personnel.
Forecast needs for the department and maintains a level of maintenance supplies.
